This rare Louis Vuitton Murray backpack is crafted of Silver Monogram Vernis. The structured shape offers a large, leather lined interior with plenty of compartments for holding your daily essentials. Retail price is $800.

The Louis Vuitton Monogram Vernis line was first introduced in 1998. In French "vernis" means varnish which explains the shiny and sparkly effect of the bags. It is a monogram embossed coated leather which is like patent leather and has been released in many different colors throughout the years.

The exterior is beautiful with noticeable discoloration which has given the vernis leather a yellow tint, which is common with this style. There is scuffing to the bottom edges and wear to the outer front compartment. The leather trim and straps are a lovely medium honey patina with light watermarks and creasing with light signs of wear. There is an orange mark on the fabric of the front zipper compartment. The goldtone hardware has light surface scratches. The interior is clean and in great condition.
