If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return
it within 30 days of receipt for a prompt refund. We'll even take care of the cost to ship your return item to us.*
Tell Me More!Hassle-free returns means that we take care of your return shipping costs. Every order ships with a pre-paid UPS label that you can use to return the order to us. All we
ask is that you do not remove the Authenticity Seal attached to your item and that you return the item in the condition you received it. We also ask that all original papers and box are returned. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to
return items that do not meet this criteria.
How do I return an item?
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact us first. Contact us to request a Return Authorization number. Write this code on the return form included with your purchase.
- Package your return. Package the return items securely, preferably using
the original shipping box. Be sure to include all original
packaging and enclosed materials including invoice, authenticity cards, and dustbags.
- Ship it free!
Attach the pre-paid return shipping label that was included with your
order to the outside of the shipping box and drop it off at your
nearest UPS Store.
Within 2-3 business days upon receipt, you will be issued a credit for
the original sales price and any taxes in the same form as the original
payment method. Please note that this
credit will not include any original shipping charges.
