Upon receipt of your item, we will inspect the item, verify its authenticity*, and notify you by email with our actual offer. If you elected to sell your item directly to us, you will receive payment via check within 3-5 business days. If you chose to consign with us, you will receive payment via check within 3-5 days of the selling date of your item. Remember, we'll also reimburse your original shipping postage if you included the receipt with your items. If you have a change of heart or are not satisfied with our actual offer, we will return the item to you at our expense. * Please be sure to only send us authentic items. If we receive and item and it is determined to not be authentic by our in-house experts, it will be returned at the seller's expense.
