This is the larger version of the classic GST and is part of Chanel's classic caviar collection which continually increases in value and a redesigned 2011-2012 version, this bag is made of beautiful quilted caviar leather with a bold CC logo on the front and silvertone hardware. The hardware loops are engraved with "31 Rue Cambon Paris" and the CC logo is now embroidered into the bag instead of being a separate piece. This is a truly a timeless piece that will be around forever. Current retail price is $3500.
The exterior leather remains clean and beautiful throughout with some light signs of wear to the bottom corners and creasing to the sides. The shoulder pads are creasing lightly and the hardware has hairline surface scratches. The interior lining remains clean throughout with a few minor spots. Overall it is in great condition.
