Karl Lagerfeld designed the Boy Collection as an interpretation of the boyish charm that Coco Chanel was known for. Karl was stated as saying that the very spirit of Chanel was inspired by Boy Capel, the love of her life; which is why this new collection is called the "Boy Chanel." A slight change of pace from the usual Chanel designs, this bag is made of beautiful camel colored grained leather. This particular bag is from Chanel's 2016 Spring/Summer collection and features a black quilted nylon canvas with neon green/yellow trim and a colored resin Boy push-lock closure. Please note this is considered the "old" style Medium size. Retail price is $3100.
The exterior is clean and beautiful throughout. The neo green trim shows some very faint soiling. The hardware is shiny and bright. The interior remains clean and in great condition overall.
