Saint Laurent Paris is the rebranded version of the house of Yves Saint Laurent with creative director Hedi Slimane at the helm. This timeless and sophisticated Duffle 6 satchel bag is a classic shape with rolled top handles and an adjustable crossbody strap. The Duffle line is becoming all the rage with "It" girls and collectors alike. Golden hardware and a sleek printed Saint Laurent logo at the center of the bag make this bag sophisticated and chic as well. This particular Duffle 6 is crafted out of stunning Bordeaux calfskin leather. Retail price is $1990.
The exterior leather has softened throughout the bag which has caused it to slouch and crease. There are also scratches throughout the bag. The bottom corners are heavily worn and have faded. The plating on the metal feet has faded at the center. The top handles have darkened along the top and also have surface scratches. The glazing along the edges of the top handles has started to split. The stitching at the top corners seams has started to stretch. The long strap is creased throughout. The interior has heavy stains and markings throughout.
