The Louis Vuitton Monogram Multicolore collection is relatively new and was first introduced in spring 2003. The Japanese pop artist, Takashi Murakami decided to revamp the traditional monogram toile and give it a splash of colour. He created a new vibrant canvas pallet with 33 silkscreened colours. Together with Marc Jacobs, the Multicolore line became a huge success!

The exterior canvas is clean and in great condition, but throughout there are minor transfer marks (please refer to photos). The leather has developed a caramel patina with water spots overall. The leather trim throughout the bag shows creasing and wear (please refer to photos). Along the bottom of the bag the leather shows oil stains (please refer to photos). The shoulder strap shows heavy wear and soiling overall. Furthermore, on the shoulder strap, the stitching on one of the leather loops has started to unravel (please refer to photos). The goldtone hardware has surface scratches and on the base of the bag is wear, but overall is still bright. The interior has a perfume odor throughout, but otherwise is clean and has no signs of heavy wear.
