Named after the 'rue de Capucines' in Paris, where Louis Vuitton opened his first store in 1854, the Capucines MM bag is timeless and elegant. Paying homage to the history of superb craftsmanship that the house of Louis Vuitton is known for, the Capucines has refined details such as jewel-inspired rings at the base of the semi-rigid handle that has subtle Louis Vuitton engraved round studs. The exterior leather is clean and beautiful, but there is minor wear in the bottom corner edges. The metal feet have started to fade. Upon a very careful inspection at the bases of the handle, at the leather around the goldtone rings, the glazing has started to crack. The goldtone hardware has surface scratches, but is still bright. The interior is clean and in great condition.
