The Louis Vuitton Monogram Vernis line was first introduced in 1998. In French "vernis" means varnish which explains the shiny and sparkly effect of the bags. It is a monogram embossed coated leather which is like patent leather and has been released in many different colors throughout the years.

The exterior is clean and beautiful throughout with a lovely light honey patina to the leather. The bottom metal feet are still covered in protective plastic. The leather around the opening of the bag has a lighter patina along the inside, with a slight pink discoloration along the rear wall. The hardware is crisp and bright with a few minor hairline scratches. The interior is clean and in excellent condition with a few light smudges and creasing to the textile. The interior zipper pull is still covered in protective plastic.
