This Louis Vuitton Monogram Canvas Alma GM Bag is made for anyone with impeccable taste. With its classic shape and roomy interior, this timeless piece makes a great, practical everyday bag. This NM (new Model) comes with a clochette, two keys, and metal feet on the bottom to protect its cowhide vachetta leather base. Original referred to as the Alma MM, this Alma GM is the largest size in the Alma family. This bag includes a receipt stating it was purchased in 2011 (then referred to as the MM) for $1560. Current retail price is $1960.
The classic Monogram Canvas has been Louis Vuitton's trademark design since it was first introduced in 1896. The graphic symbols, including the quatrefoils and flowers, as well as the LV Monogram were used to prevent counterfeiting in the early days when it was first patented. Made of coated canvas, the Monogram's traditional look is also endured by its durability.

The exterior canvas is clean and beautiful, but following the zipper there is minor fading. The leather has developed a light patina with overall water spots. The leather trim on the base has allover wear and the metal feet have fading (please see photos). The handles have wear and the tops have started to darken from being held. The goldtone hardware has surface scratches and minor flaking. The interior lining has some spots, but otherwise is clean and still in good condition.
