The classic Monogram Canvas has been Louis Vuitton's trademark design since it was first introduced in 1896. The graphic symbols, including the quatrefoils and flowers, as well as the LV Monogram were used to prevent counterfeiting in the early days when it was first patented. Made of coated canvas, the Monogram's traditional look is also endured by its durability.

The exterior coated canvas is clean and beautiful throughout. The bag has a few minor scuff marks towards the bottom. The leather trim and handle remain a light honey patina but the base has a few minor signs of wear. The upper leather trim has minor soiling and creasing. The strap has minor water spots. The hardware is bright and clean with hairline surface scratches. The interior lining is clean and overall in excellent condition.
