Thanks to an idea by Philippe Mouquet in 1996, the initial 'H' of Hermes was turned into a watch. The cases of the Heure H are fitted with a system that makes it easy to change straps. This gorgeous Hermes Etoupe Swift Leather Stainless Steel Heure H TPM Quartz Watch is classic and beautiful with a 17mm case and white sun burst patterned dial. The stainless steel case is paired with a classic taupe calfskin leather double tour strap. Retail price is $2575.
The watch is clean and beautiful, but throughout the case there are hairline surface scratches. The watch strap has heavy wear, with faint discoloring to the leather and a slight waxy texture developing. The edges show light cracking and splitting. Otherwise this watch is still in good condition.
