Karl Lagerfeld designed the Boy Collection as an interpretation of the boyish charm that Coco Chanel was known for. Karl was stated as saying that the very spirit of Chanel was inspired by Boy Capel, the love of her life; which is why this new collection is called the "Boy Chanel." A slight change of pace from the usual Chanel designs, this adorable Wallet-on-a-Chain is simply a miniature version of the Boy flap bag. It has the specially-made mini Boy closure with all shiny goldtone hardware and buttery soft lambskin leather. The versatile leather strap chain can be worn cross-body, on the shoulder, or tucked in to use as a clutch. The interior also comes equipped with plenty of card storage, a zip compartment for change and room for some girly essentials. Current retail price is $2700.
The exterior leather remains clean and beautiful throughout. There is a faint indentations on the back. The hardware remains bright and shiny. There are light indentations to the leather under the flap closure. The main interior compartment remains clean and is in excellent condition overall.
