The Louis Vuitton Monogram Vernis line was first introduced in 1998. In French "vernis" means varnish which explains the shiny and sparkly effect of the bags. It is a monogram embossed coated leather which is like patent leather and has been released in many different colors throughout the years.

The exterior is clean with some rubbing and wear to the bottom corners. The smooth patent base and corners have scuffing, wear and scratches. The handles have light creasing and light scuffing. The goldtone hardware is bright and crisp, but has fading to the bottom metal feet. The interior has rubbing, some scuffing and light spots throughout.
