The original Louis Vuitton Damier Canvas was originally created in 1888 and was relaunched in 1996 with an entire collection of handbags and small leather goods. Its unique geometric pattern and understated elegance makes this a LV classic and timeless collection.
The exterior canvas has light wear and rubbing near the base, but remains clean overall. The leather has developed a honey patina with light rubbing and light water spots. The leather piping has wear and rubbing at the bottom corner edges. The shoulder strap has creasing, softening throughout and the glazing has worn down. The leather trim around the opening of the bag shows creasing. The goldtone hardware has surface scratches but remains bright. The interior lining has spots, stains and signs of wear throughout.
