The Louis Vuitton Monogram Vernis line was first introduced in 1998. In French "vernis" means varnish which explains the shiny and sparkly effect of the bags. It is a monogram embossed coated leather which is like patent leather and has been released in many different colors throughout the years.

The exterior Vernis is clean and beautiful throughout with faint wear on either side. One side of the bag has a small transfer mark. The hardware is bright and shiny with hairline surface scratches. The interior is clean throughout. Please note the bag has an interior 'V' stamp, indicating it was originally an employee purchase.
