The classic Monogram Canvas has been Louis Vuitton's trademark design since it was first introduced in 1896. The graphic symbols, including the quatrefoils and flowers, as well as the LV Monogram were used to prevent counterfeiting in the early days when it was first patented.
The exterior coated canvas is clean but there are some areas of rubbing and some white spots throughout. The handles have dark water spots, rubbing and some soiling throughout. The leather trim has rubbing, water spots and light wear throguhout. The bottom corners show rubbing and water stains. The hardware is bright and shiny. The interior lining has some stains throughout and the leather trim around the flat pocket has water spots and wear.
