Karl Lagerfeld designed the Boy Collection as an interpretation of the boyish charm that Coco Chanel was known for. Karl was stated as saying that the very spirit of Chanel was inspired by Boy Capel, the love of her life; which is why this new collection is called the "Boy Chanel." This gorgeous bag from the pre-Fall 2013 collection is made of gorgeous beige distressed and quilted Nubuck leather with a subtle metallic sheen. This is the largest size of the collection and features a long chain-link strap with a leather pad that can be used as a long strap or looped around as a shoulder bag. Retail price is $5000.
The exterior leather remains clean and beautiful throughout with some soiling to the edges of the flap and bottom corners. The rear of the bag has soiling and transfer marks. The interior remains clean and is overall in great condition. Please note, the bag has a light perfume scent.
