As part of Louis Vuitton's Masters Collection, this stunning bag is the creation of renowned artist Jeff Koons and just the latest art collaboration Louis Vuitton has done. The Masters Collection features imagery from Koon's Gazing Ball series of paintings, which are large-scale and hand-painted reproductions of quintessential masterpieces. These images are displayed on a range of the Louis Vuitton's most popular products. Recreations of the most famous work by 'old masters - Da Vinci, Titian, Rubens, Fragonard, Van Gogh and Boucher. This particular bag features a famous re-created 'Reclining Girl' painting from artist Francois Boucher with his name emblazoned on the front in goldtone metal letters and pink leather trim. The Neverfull still features all the characteristics that we know and love, such as two sturdy leather handles, a roomy interior and matching pochette. At the corner of the bag and pochette feature Jeff Koon's initials in gold lettering. This is a must have for any LV lover or collector! Retail price is $3200.
The exterior coated canvas is clean and beautiful throughout. Protective plastic remains on the gold letters. The leather trim is smooth and clean. The interior leather is clean and in excellent condition overall. Please note, the leather strap used to attach the matching pouch to the inside of the bag is missing.
