The exterior leather is clean and beautiful, but there is minor rubbing in the bottom corner edges. The sides of the bag have a slight slouch. The long leather strap has an impression from the buckle resting on the leather. The goldtone hardware is bright with only hairline surface scratches. The interior lining has some faint spots as well as a slight musk scent, but otherwise is clean and still in great condition.
