Karl Lagerfeld designed the Boy Collection as an interpretation of the boyish charm that Coco Chanel was known for. Karl was stated as saying that the very spirit of Chanel was inspired by Boy Capel, the love of her life; which is why this new collection is called the "Boy Chanel." A slight change of pace from the usual Chanel designs, this bag features a slightly different shape than the classic WOC. It features a short chain strap that can be altered to use as a wristlet. The interior opens to reveal a zip pocket and two flat pockets. It has the specially-made mini Boy closure with goldtone hardware. Retail price is $2500.
The exterior lambskin is clean and beautiful throughout with minor wear to the bottom corners. The lambskin leather is clean with a few minor scuff marks. The interior is clean with some light scuffing but overall is in great condition.
