Karl Lagerfeld designed the Boy Collection as an interpretation of the boyish charm that Coco Chanel was known for. Karl was stated as saying that the very spirit of Chanel was inspired by Boy Capel, the love of her life; which is why this new collection is called the "Boy Chanel." A slight change of pace from the usual Chanel designs, this bag is made of gorgeous glossy patent leather. Current retail price is $4600.
The exterior patent leather is clean and beautiful throughout with very faint wear to the corner edges. There is a tiny pen dot on the front, only visible upon close inspection. The hardware is bright and shiny. The leather shoulder pad has creasing. The interior is clean with light signs of use. Overall the bag remains in great condition.
