Karl was stated as saying that the very spirit of Chanel was inspired by Boy Capel, the love of her life; which is why this new collection is called the "Boy Chanel." A slight change of pace from the usual Chanel designs, this bag is made of gorgeous metallic pink glossy patent leather. This adorable Wallet-on-a-Chain is simply a miniature version of the Boy flap bag. It has the specially-made mini Boy closure with all shiny silvertone hardware. The versatile leather strap chain can be worn cross-body, on the shoulder, doubled up to wear with a shorter drop or tucked in to use as a clutch. The interior also comes equipped with plenty of card storage, a zip compartment for change and room for some girly essentials. Current retail price is $2500.
The exterior patent leather remains clean and beautiful throughout. The lambskin leather sides and base have light, natural creasing. The hardware is bright and shiny with hairline surface scratches. The interior has some scuffing and wear to the leather. The main interior remains clean but has a light perfume scent.
