The Hermes Herbag is often referred to as the 2-in-1 bag because you essentially get two handbags in one. In this case, you get a medium sized 11.5" x 9" bag that can easily to converted to an even larger 11.5"x 14" backpack if desired. There are even two leather straps that allow you to convert this Herbag into a backpack for the ultimate in hands free versatility! Like other Hermes bags such as the Kelly and Birkin, the Herbag tote features a clean, elegant design that is truly timeless. Leather handles and top frame pair nicely with sturdy, heavy weight canvas for a lightweight, yet durable bag. A removable leather strap allow you to carry the Herbag cross body or on your shoulder for the ultimate in versatility.
The exterior canvas of both bags shows slight discoloration overall as well as minor rubbing to the bottom corner edges. The taller bag has a few spots on the back. The leather has developed a rich caramel patina but there are water spots overall. The leather flap top has some minor creasing as well as some scuff marks. The hardware has left an impression in the leather of the flap top. The shoulder straps have creasing and the undersides have minor stains. The top handle has wear and soiling. The hardware has surface scratches, but is still bright. The interior of both bags is clean and still in good condition.
