The Louis Vuitton Epi Leather collection was first introduced in 1985 and was created to respond to the demand for more durable leather necessary in modern travel conditions. Epi leather is dyed all the way through and has a grainy texture which can withstand any weather condition. It comes in a multitude of colors that keeps us coming back for more.

The exterior Epi is clean and in great condition, with faint indentations and scratch marks throughout. The bottom corner edges have worn lightly. The glazed edges and seams on the bag show some scuffing and are starting to split (please refer to photos). The smooth leather base shows creasing and some indentations. The tops of the handles show several nicks to the leather from normal use and the glazing has cracking. The smooth leather around the opening of the bag has markings (please refer to photos). The goldtone hardware has surface scratches. The interior is clean and shows no signs of heavy wear. Please note: the interior has been relined and thus does not contain a date code.
