The Louis Vuitton Pre-Fall 2013 fashion show focused on understated elegance and attempted to reinterpret the classic Monogram and Damier patterns using graphic 3D images and feminine twists. The Monogram Tuffetage line reinterprets the iconic Deauville bag using traditional tufting techniques. Contrasting caramel textile thread was stitched onto Monogram Canvas to create an innovative 3D effect and a velvet-smooth finish. Retail price is $2650.
The exterior canvas is clean and beautiful. The leather has developed a light patina overall with some minor scuff marks throughout. The metal feet have fading. The leather trim throughout the bag has slight creasing, faint water spots, and some signs of rubbing. The handles have signs of rubbing to the undersides. The goldtone hardware has surface scratches, but is still bright. The interior is clean and in great condition.
