Launched in 2012, Mansur Gavriel has created a cult following among fashionista's, bloggers, and social media with their designs that typically feature thick, vegetable tanned leather in a multitude of colors, with minimalist, functional silhouettes. The bucket bags come in several sizes, with a leather cinch closure and a flat shoulder strap with several adjustment lengths, along with a colored interior. These bags have been known to sell out in every store and are nearly impossible to find in retail. This particular bucket bag features Rosa pale pink Italian calf leather and a matching matte patent leather interior. Retail price is $695.
The exterior leather is clean and beautiful, but throughout there is light creasing. The bottom corner edges have wear. The drawstring glazing and the glazing along the opening of the bag has started to crack. The shoulder strap also has minor cracking to the glazing and natural creasing. The goldtone hardware is bright and crisp. The interior has some signs of scuffing, but otherwise is clean and still in good condition.
