Saint Laurent Paris is the rebranded version of the house of Yves Saint Laurent with creative director Hedi Slimane at the helm. The Saint Laurent Red Calfskin Leather Classic Small Cabas Y Bag is an updated version of the Cabas ChYc bag that became an "IT" bag among fashionista's. Featuring the classic 'Y' closure buckle, goldtone zipper pulls with the Saint Laurent logo, and an external leather key pouch. This Small Cabas also comes with a removable shoulder strap. A spacious interior combines suede and leather with two flat pockets and one large zipper pocket. Current retail price is $2490.
The exterior leather shows creasing throughout along with some light staining. There are several minor hairline scratches throughout the bag. The bottom corners show signs of wear. The glazing along the sides of the bag has started to crack and shows some discoloration along top trim, particularly near where the Y tab rests. The metal feet have surface scratches. The handles show white discoloration along the underside and have noticeable creasing. The interior shows minor surface scratches but is otherwise clean and in good condition.
