While emphasizing the roundness and suppleness of the leather, the Hermes 24/24 bag reinterprets the Toolbox bag?s signature details: swivel clasp, structured flaps and a narrow handle. The 24/24 bag makes for a stylish and understated everyday bag. This particular bag is made from gorgeous Barenia Faubourg leather which is a relatively new and rare leather. Barenia Faubourg leather looks similar to Togo or Clemence but will develop a patina over time. It also remains more scratch resistant than traditional Barenia leather, however it is more prone to water spots. Barenia Faubourg has the noticeable strong leather scent as well. Retail price is $9400.
The exterior leather is clean and beautiful throughout with a few light scuff marks. The shape has relaxed slightly and the hardware has hairline surface scratches. The interior is clean and remains in great condition overall.
