The Louis Vuitton Monogram Multicolore collection is relatively new and was first introduced in spring 2003. The Japanese pop artist, Takashi Murakami decided to revamp the traditional monogram toile and give it a splash of color. He created a new vibrant canvas pallet with 33 silk-screened colors. Together with Marc Jacobs, the Multicolore line became a huge success!

The exterior coated canvas is clean and beautiful throughout with some fading to the monogram near the piping. The leather trim and strap have developed a dark honey patina with visible signs of soiling and creasing, especially near the zip closure at the top of the bag. The strap has softened, has creasing from the buckle, light soiling/pen marks and no longer has the removable shoulder pad. The hardware is bright and clean with surface scratches especially on the metal corners at the bottom of the bag. The interior lining is clean with very minimal signs of wear.
