The classic Monogram Canvas has been Louis Vuitton's trademark design since it was first introduced in 1896. The graphic symbols, including the quatrefoils and flowers, as well as the LV Monogram were used to prevent counterfeiting in the early days when it was first patented. Made of coated canvas, the Monogram's traditional look is also endured by its durability.

The exterior canvas is clean and beautiful with light wear in the bottom corner edges. The metal feet have started to fade. The leather has developed a honey patina with water spots overall. The leather trim throughout the bag has creasing and signs of wear. The leather piping shows wear and rubbing at the bottom corners. The shoulder strap has wear, creasing, darkening, and a light waxy texture with an indentation from the buckle resting against the leather. The goldtone hardware has surface scratches. The interior is clean and in good condition with light wear, a couple pen marks, and a couple faint spots. Please note that this is a newer style and there is a new cloth tag attached with the 'Made in USA' stamping.
