The graphic symbols, including the quatrefoils and flowers, as well as the LV Monogram were used to prevent counterfeiting in the early days when it was first patented. The exterior canvas is clean and beautiful throughout. The trim has surface scratches and light signs of use. The rubber skid pads and the plastic around the wheels show scuffing and scratches. The leather has developed a light patina overall, but throughout there are minor signs of wear and soiling. The goldtone hardware is bright with only hairline surface scratches. The interior is clean and has no visible wear. While this bag has light areas of wear, overall it is still in excellent condition.
