This Speedy 30 comes with a purchase receipt from 2009 that states it was purchased for $700. Current retail price is $970.

The graphic symbols, including the quatrefoils and flowers, as well as the LV Monogram were used to prevent counterfeiting in the early days when it was first patented. Made of coated canvas, the Monogram's traditional look is also endured by its durability.

The exterior canvas is clean and beautiful, but overall there is creasing as well as wear to the bottom corner edges. The leather has developed a medium honey patina with water spots throughout. The leather trim has oil spots, signs of wear, and creasing throughout. The handles also have overall wear and the tops have darkened from being held. The goldtone hardware has flaking and is starting to tarnish. The interior lining has spots and throughout there is a musk odor, but otherwise it is clean and still in good condition.
