The gorgeous Perle Vernis patent leather is a fantastic pretty pearly off white. The exterior features two large slot pockets for quick access to small items while the roomy interior is large enough to hold everyday day essentials, plus extras such as an umbrella, water bottle, or book. The Louis Vuitton Monogram Vernis line was first introduced in 1998. In French "vernis" means varnish which explains the shiny and sparkly effect of the bags. It is a monogram embossed coated leather which is like patent leather and has been released in many different colors throughout the years.

The exterior Vernis is clean and beautiful, but overall there are faint scuff marks. The base of the bag has a few faint color transfer marks. The leather has developed a light patina, but water spots are present overall. The leather trim has wear throughout. The handles have wear and the tops have started to darken. The goldtone hardware has surface scratches and fading. The interior lining has some stains, but otherwise is clean and still in good condition.
