The exterior Vernis is clean and in excellent condition with very light wear to the bottom corner edges. The leather handles have developed a lovely medium caramel patina overall. The red glaze on the handles has become discolored. The leather also shows minor water spots and creasing throughout. The goldtone hardware is bright with only hairline surface scratches. The interior is clean and has no signs of wear.
