The Louis Vuitton Monogram Vernis line was first introduced in 1998. In French "vernis" means varnish which explains the shiny and sparkly effect of the bags. It is a monogram embossed coated leather which is like patent leather and has been released in many different colors throughout the years.

The exterior Vernis is clean and beautiful, but there is some white specks and color transfer and also has wear and rubbing to the corners. The goldtone hardware is bright with hairline surface scratches. The interior is clean and in great condition with minor wear, creasing, light indentations, and light stretching to the card slots.
