The Louis Vuitton Summit Drive is a classic style bag with a modern day twist that you can use (and show off) everyday. The gorgeous Pomme D'Amour Vernis patent leather is a fantastic red shade. The exterior features two large slot pockets for quick access to small items while the roomy interior is large enough to hold everyday day essentials, plus extras such as an umbrella, water bottle, or book. The Louis Vuitton Monogram Vernis line was first introduced in 1998. In French "vernis" means varnish which explains the shiny and sparkly effect of the bags. It is a monogram embossed coated leather which is like patent leather and has been released in many different colors throughout the years.

The exterior Vernis leather shows some light scuffing and hairline scratches with light wear at the bottom corners. Also, there is a tiny .1" of vernis that has peeled off on the side near the piping. The leather overall has developed a honey patina with water spot s and soiling. The leather piping has wear, especially at the bottom corners. The handles have scratches, scuffing, creasing, and darkening at the tops with a few pen marks. Also, there are black markings from where the buckle has been resting. The goldtone hardware has heavy surface scratches. The interior lining has some soiling, several small stains, fading, and wear, but does not have heavy wear.
