The Louis Vuitton Monogram Vernis line was first introduced in 1998. In French "vernis" means varnish which explains the shiny and sparkly effect of the bags. It is a monogram embossed coated leather which is like patent leather and has been released in many different colors throughout the years.

The exterior leather is clean and beautiful with minor wear to the bottom corner edges. The Vernis leather remains clean with a few very small black specks to one side. The zipper has heavy scratches although it remains bright. The interior leather is clean but has some soiling to the interior zip pocket. Overall the wallet is in great condition.
