This Louis Vuitton Rose Indian Monogram Vernis Alma PM Bag is made for anyone with impeccable taste. With its classic shape and roomy interior, this timeless piece makes a great, practical everyday bag. The original Alma was the creation of Gaston Vuitton, who named it for the Alma Bridge, a span that connects two Parisian neighborhoods. This bright raspberry pink colored new model Alma PM features metal feet to protect its smooth leather base, as well as a leather clochette and shiny silvertone hardware. This Alma PM also comes with a 16mm strap for wearing across the chest. Current retail price is $2350 plus $345 for the 16mm strap.
The Louis Vuitton Monogram Vernis line was first introduced in 1998. In French "vernis" means varnish which explains the shiny and sparkly effect of the bags. It is a monogram embossed coated leather which is like patent leather and has been released in many different colors throughout the years.

The exterior Vernis is clean and beautiful throughout. The hardware is crisp and bright with only a few slight hairline scratches. The bottom metal feet have a few slight hairline scratches. The interior shows light smudging but is otherwise clean and in excellent condition.
