The Louis Vuitton Epi Leather collection was first introduced in 1985 and was created to respond to the demand for more durable leather necessary in modern travel conditions. Epi leather is dyed all the way through and has a grainy texture which can withstand any weather condition. It comes in a multitude of colors that keeps us coming back for more.

The exterior Epi is clean and beautiful, but throughout there is faint scuffing. The base of the bag shows minor wear, particularly on the edges. The smooth leather trim around the base has some wear and noticeable scuffing at the front of the bag (please refer to photos). The flap tab has creasing. Throughout the bag the glazing has worn and is cracking (please refer to photos). The shoulder strap has heavy creasing, there are several scratch marks overall, and the glazing has worn heavily at the bases. The goldtone hardware has surface scratches. The interior is clean with no heavy wear, but does carry a faint cigarette odor and there are some black spots along the leather (please refer to photos).
