The exterior leather is clean but shows rubbing and creasing, along with wear to the corner edges. The glazed edges have wear and cracking. The interior has some rubbing, and indentations from the rings. Please note that the top of one of the flat pockets has ripped. The interior lining of the flat pockets is rubbing away and flaking.
