The Louis Vuitton Monogram Multicolore collection is relatively new and was first introduced in spring 2003. The Japanese pop artist, Takashi Murakami decided to revamp the traditional monogram toile and give it a splash of color. He created a new vibrant canvas pallet with 33 silks-creened colors. Together with Marc Jacobs, the Multicolore line became a huge success!
The exterior canvas is bright and clean. The leather trim and and flap closure are still a nice medium honey patina with signs of wear from normal use. The goldtone hardware has surface scratches. The interior has light pen marks (refer to photo) and the flat pockets are slightly stretched from general use. Overall it is clean and in great condition.
