The Louis Vuitton Monogram Multicolore collection is relatively new and was first introduced in spring 2003. The Japanese pop artist, Takashi Murakami decided to revamp the traditional monogram toile and give it a splash of color. He created a new vibrant canvas pallet with 33silk-screened colors. Together with Marc Jacobs, the Multicolore line became a huge success!
The exterior has noticeable discoloration and fading throughout. The leather has turned a deep brown patina with heavy wear to the bottom corners. The goldtone hardware has noticeable signs of wear and scratches. The fabric at the zipper has discolored to a green-ish color. The interior has signs of wear throughout but is otherwise clean. This bag has been well loved but still has plenty of life left in it.
