30 Day Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date your package was delivered to return your order to us for a refund. All we ask is that you do not remove the Authenticity Seal attached to your item and that you return the item in the condition you received it. We also ask that all original papers, dust bag, box, authenticity card, keys, etc. are included with the return.
7 Day return policy
Due to their exclusive and valuable nature, we offer a 7 day return policy for Hermes Birkin and Kelly handbags, some exotic leather goods, and some items priced over $10,000. Any item with a 7-day return policy will have the return policy noted under the description on the item product page.
How do I return an item?
We offer free and insured United Parcel Service (UPS) Standard Ground shipping labels for all domestic returns. To obtain your shipping label:
- Login to your My Account page at www.yoogiscloset.com/account. If you placed your order as a Guest, visit https://www.yoogiscloset.com/guest/order.
- Click "My Orders" on the left navigation bar.
- Find the order you wish to return and click "Print Return Label"
- Fill out the required information and click "Continue" to print your shipping label
If you prefer to use your own return shipping method, please ship your item using either UPS or FedEx with adequate insurance to cover the value of the returned item. We do not recommend using United States Postal Service. You can use the attached return address label printed on this invoice (note that postage is required). Our return address is:

Once your return has been received, we ask that you allow 10 business days for your refund to be processed. You will be issued a refund for the original sales price and any taxes in the same form as the original payment method (refund will not include any original shipping charges). An email notification will be sent when the refund has been processed.
International returns (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico)
We ask that all international customers along with customers located in Alaska, Hawaii, the US Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico be responsible for their own return shipping cost. Please purchase adequate insurance to cover the value of the returned item and send through your country’s postal service. Note that we are not able to accept returns from alternative carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. at this time. Please send returns to us at:
