If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a prompt refund.

We keep returns hassle-free! You do not have to contact us for a return authorization number prior to sending in your item. All we ask is that you do not remove the Authenticity Seal attached to your item and that you return the item in the condition you received it. We also ask that all original papers, box, and accessories are included with the return.
How do I return an item?
Follow these simple steps:
- Complete the return form included with your order. By completing this form, you provide valuable information on how we can better serve you in the future.
- Package your return. Package the return items securely, preferably using the original shipping box. Be sure to include all original packaging and enclosed materials including invoice, authenticity cards, and dustbags.
- Ship it to us. We provide a free UPS label for all orders shipped within the US. You can print the label for eligible orders from your My Account page at www.yoogiscloset.com/customer/account.
If you prefer to use your own return shipping method, please ship your item using either UPS or FedEx with sufficient insurance to cover the value of the returned item. We do not recommend using United States Postal Service. You can use the attached return address label printed on this invoice (note that postage is required). Our return address is:

Your return will be processed within 10-14 business days. You will be issued a refund for the original sales price and any taxes in the same form as the original payment method. Please note that this credit will not include any original shipping charges.
