We guarantee the authenticity and condition of every item we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a prompt refund.

All we ask is that you do not remove the Authenticity Seal attached to your item and that you return the item in the condition you received it. We also ask that all original papers and box are returned.

How do I return an item?

Follow these simple steps:

Complete the return form included with your order. By completing this form, you provide valuable information on how we can better serve you in the future.
Package your return. Package the return items securely, preferably using the original shipping box. Be sure to include all original packaging and enclosed materials including invoice, authenticity cards, and dustbags.
Ship it to us. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping expense. Ship your item using either UPS or FedEx with sufficient insurance to cover the value of the returned item. We do not recommend using United States Postal Service. Our return address is:

Like New	Item is like new with very slight signs of use. Natural tan leather has darkened slightly although no signs of soiling.
Gently Used	Item has obviously been used, but no signs of significant soiling, abrasions, stains, scratches, or tears. Leather is supple with minimal creasing. Natural tan leather has honey patina due to contact with air and human body oils although no signs of soiling.
