Saint Laurent Paris is the rebranded version of the house of Yves Saint Laurent with creative director Hedi Slimane at the helm. This versatile clutch is inspired by the artist, A.M. Cassandre who created the iconic YSL logo in 1963. This wallet on a chain is crafted out of stunning quilted chevron grain de poudre calfskin leather with a goldtone YSL logo and a chain link strap that can be removed to wear it as a clutch. Retail price is $1490.
The exterior leather is clean and beautiful throughout. On a very close inspection the edges of the bag have faint signs of rubbing. The hardware has hairline surface scratches, but otherwise is bright. The interior is clean and in great condition.
