The exterior patent leather is clean, however there is creasing and visible transfer marks on the rear of the bag (refer to photos). The handles and strap remain clean with light creasing. There is rubbing and surface scratches to the hardware, but it remains shiny overall. The interior is pristine and in excellent condition.
